Is it possible to have video games career even if you're don't get programming? Luckily, the answer is yes. There are several things you can do if you want to be involved in the electronic industry, though it is a competitive industry because a lot of people want to do this stuff. However, if you stick to your guns and really learn to apply yourself, you will have a great chance of getting a job.
So what are some of the other possible jobs that game companies are looking for? Well, a lot of the times they need artists of some sort. They need somebody to do design for their characters and for their environments. They need people to do in-game art and art that is ready for print. So, if you're interested in art and you can find a career as well. Music is the same way. Every video game has music and sound of some kind. So if you are skilled in the recording arts, there are plenty of ways you can contribute to the project.
Obviously, all companies have accounting and managers and other business strategists. They have marketers and advertisers too. The marketers and advertisers get to play a role in the project, because they use materials from the game itself. So there are a lot of jobs you can fail if you don't know anything about programming that are dying to be a part of this industry.
If all else fails though, don't give up. A lot of people take a long time before they finally get a job. However, keep in mind that a lot of game companies are often hiring for testers. Although it sounds really glamorous, it can get kind of tedious because you play the same game for hours on end and have to write down any bugs you see. However, this is a great job and your only experience needs to be in video game playing.
